What happens. Your case details are sent to our team. If you add imaging, it is compressed in your browser and uploaded directly to an encrypted, access-controlled store hosted in Switzerland/EU — we never receive patient data by email. If the secure imaging channel isn't active for your case yet, we'll email you a personal upload link. A Data Processing Agreement is in place before any patient data is processed.
